The Omelet


If you’ve been following my Twitter or Facebook, you’re aware that we’ve I’ve been working at making better food choices. Mostly, I’d been doing the right things, but I kept up the same calories as I had while bfing and losing (which worked pretty good over the summer, but had stopped). Anyways, my daily intake is full of veggies and protein, so you have to understand how excited I was to make this omelet for tomorrow’s breakfast. I’ve never been able to do this to completion…this being “toss” the omelet. Tonight, I did it not once, not twice, but THREE times! So excited by my accomplishment, and can’t wait to heat it in the morning. Yum!
